Haha... Gonna update on day 1 n day 2 of my taiwan trip... I will try to keep it short... BUT no promises... =P
DAY ONEWoke up at 5:30am so as to reach the airport by 6:30am... When i reach there, most of the J1s are already there... J2 de only got my wife n ryan haven come... The two late queen n king... Lolz... Soon all of them reached, including the tchers... We checked in n after we took a grp pic with the trip's banner, we went for a simple breakfast at mac...
After breakfast, we have to go in le... Said goodbye to my mum sadly... Tears were kind of welling up in my eyes... So foolish of me right... Kept waving to her when i was inside... Gonna miss her, i think... Boarded the plane n ryan exchanged seats with pearl... Thanx ryan... =D A J1 gal was sitting beside me... Introduced myself n realised tt she was my grp member, called samantha... Haha... She's the first J1 i noe... But din reli continue a conversation cuz dunno wad to say... I'm shy ya?
After 4hrs+, we finally arrived in taipei... Excited~ But dunno y, the arrival hall is kind of dead... It's not as bz as changi airport... Haha... We boarded the bus tt is supposed to bring us to the hostel of National Taiwan Normal University n along the way, the tour guide told us many things abt taiwan...
Reached the hostel n checked into the hostel... But when we walked to the room, we got a shock! One of the lights suddenly light up! Gosh~ The dark corridor is suddenly so bright... N when we saw the light, we cried out... Lolz... Den the light went off again n we realised it is a sensor light... T__T Anyway, the room was DARK... N when i said dark, it is those uneasy kind of dark... The aircon doesn't seem to be in good working condition n the lamps like got some prob... Besides, i saw some mysterious books high up the wall near the curtains n i signalled to my wife... We were uneasy i guess... Mum aka miss choo came over to check on us n we told her all the probs of the room... She check here check there den say there's nth wrong... Den da-shu aka mr lee came over oso n we told him oso... Den u noe wad he said??? He said, "
Nvm lahz... At nite juz draw up the curtains lor... At most u will see some shadows flying here n there..." WAD!!! Lolz... However, he said he dun mind changing rooms with us if we r reli uneasy... But we din in the end cuz we dun wan to trouble the 3 guy tchers...
After tt, we went for dinner at shida nite market n after dinner, we went to gong guan to shop... Ate an extra big takoyaki, n when i said big, it is reli big... It's the size of a baseball? N it's reli nice... It not only got octopus inside but oso prawn, veg, clam n egg... Yum yum... So delicious la! =D
DAY TWOWent for breakfast at shida nite market... Den we went for our taipei city day tour... Went to the National Palace Museum n the place is reli beautiful... Learnt alot of things there though the guide was pretty soft-spoken... Had lunch in a restaurant nearby n went to the famous yangmingshan after tt...
We went to xiao3you2keng1 of yangmingshan... The temp there is quite low, plus the rain n wind, it is not making it any betta for me... Cuz i din have a jacket! So i can only psycho myself by saying, "I'm not cold... I'm feeling hot..." Lolz... Xiao3you2keng1 is actually a live volcano tt is missing out of action for quite a long time... So we can actually smell sulphur there, n tt is not a nice smell i muz say... N u can see some puddles of water on the floor tt is boiling... Not bad not bad... Haha...
My frens have to shoot a short film there... So we these extras got free time n we decided to stand in the cold wind n see them shoot... We r feeling cold but the filming crew surely feel it too... We muz suffer together... Hehe... After 1hr plus of standing in the strong wind without any jacket, i am reli feeling very cold le... Mum called me to go back to the bus to hide from the wind n rain but i told her no need... So she offered me a hot drink n hugged me... Thanx mum... I appreciate it...
Shooting is completed so we went to danshui... Dunno y but when i got off the bus, i am shivering from the cold... My teeth were chattering non-stop too... I tried to stop it but still cant... Was feeling reli terrible then... Tried psycho-ing myself again... Think it got some use bahz... Went to the old streets of danshui to buy some local products like tie dan(metal eggs) n yu su(fish snacks)... Finally bought tie dan! Hehe...
We took a train to the famous ximending after tt... Wahaha... The shopping paradise!!! Yeah~ We ate the famous ah zong mee sua there n the taste reli not bad lehz... Yum yum... Shopped around after tt n all of us(cla students) bought a mickey mouse sling bag... Lolz... At first i was hesitating but now i love my bag so much! Hehe... Went back hostel at 10+ n at the train platform, da-shu called me auntie!!! WAD!!! Tt's is how he got the name "da-shu"... Lolz.. Though i was tired back in the hostel, i din slp... Instead, we snack n gossip... Fun!

Heyhey! I'm back from taiwan le... Woohoo~ Anybody missed me? Haha... Er... Overall, the trip's been great... I enjoyed myself very much n made many new frenz... For example, my cool cool member xin yu aka maria, my stupid stupid member samantha aka siti... Lolz... Shall be posting beautiful scenery pics up soon... This entry is juz to thank everybody who made all these happen... =)
